VENDOR INFORMATION
All vendors are advised all work conducted on board
PGM-managed vessels shall be OWS compatible and environmentally
safe chemical cleaners. In addition, prior to any work commencing
on board PGM-managed vessels, each vendor is reminded to check
in with the Chief Engineer to discuss any cleaning products which
may be used.

Vendors are also reminded that prior to work beginning
on board any PGM-managed vessel, the vendor must provide sufficient
information for its technicians to be added to the Vessel Access
List.

Finally, prior to work beginning
on board any PGM-managed vessel, the vendor must have reviewed,
signed, and returned the PGM Contractor Environmental Compliance
Form to the PGM Purchasing Department. The vendor’s attending technician must also review
and sign a copy of the PGM Affidavit of Environmental Stewardship
upon his/her arrival at the vessel. Failure or refusal to sign
these forms can result in negative impact on the vendor’s
standing with PGM, up to cancellation of any current contracts
with the vendor and removal from the PGM Vendor List.
